Girls Soccer Still Cruising

The Whitman Hanson girls soccer team defeated Pembroke 6-1. Bridget O’leary and Mackenzie Hatfield led the panthers with two goals apiece while Cassie Chernicki and Emily Rothwell contributed with a goal apiece. Alyssa Eaton, Haley Bukow and Nina Zappi led the panther defense which thwarted the Pembroke offense for most of the evening. Pembroke broke through and scored with 30 seconds remaining. Everyone played well in a great team effort.
