> The girls track team finished the season in fine style at Saturdays All State meet held at Westfield State College. The 4x800 relay team of Abby Baker, Gianna Cacciatore, Sam Coletti and Rachael Baker shattered the old school record by 10 seconds in route to a 4th place finish. Rachael Baker lead the way with a scorching 2:16 anchor leg putting a cap on the fine careers of Rachael, Abby and Gianna. Sam Richner finished in 6th place with a jump of 5'4" to medal in her last high school track meet. The girls have passed on the New England meet putting an end to an incredible four years. Megan Brain also threw the javelin and finished in 15th place with a throw of 104' to finish a great career as well. These girls will go down as the best ever in my 16 years, they are not only great on the track they are also great students, leaders and just plain awesome.
