Boys Soccer

Whitman Hanson Boys Soccer lost a non-League game to Pembroke today 3 – 1.  Pembroke got on the board at the 28^th minute of the 1^st half on a goal by Jacob Higgins.  The Panthers tied the game at the 39^th minute on a goal by Brian McGahan assisted by Ryan Kelly.  Pembroke's Jacob Higgins scored again in the 40^th minute for a 2-1 lead at the half.  The Panthers continued to fight in the 2^nd half and put some strong pressure on Pembroke but could not secure another goal.  Pembroke's Ricky Dahlquist scored their final goal in the 37^th minute of the second half.  The Panthers are now 5 – 6 – 4 overall and need 2 more wins out of 3 remaining games to make the tournament.
