> The Whitman-Hanson Panthers traveled to Bridgewater-Raynham on Monday night and lost 3-0. Game scores were 19-25, 20-25 and 26-28. The Panthers played a sloppy defensive game and allowed B-R to run the pace of the game with their offense. B-R came out hitting from all corners of the court and the Panthers could not match their offense. In each set the Panthers showed sparks of life, but ultimately B-R was able to pull out the win in each set. In the third set Whitman-Hanson played their best volleyball of the night pushing B-R into extra points but ultimately Panthers offense wasn't able to keep pace with the B-R attack. Playing well for the Panthers were Sophie O'Brien with 6 kills and 6 blocks and Alyssa Gacicia with 10 assists and 2 aces. Whitman-Hanson moves to 7-11 on the season and hosts Quincy on Tuesday night.
