Whitman – It was a tremendous senior night for the class
of 2015 as Steve Gronlund (12), Josh Harris (9 points 10 rebounds) and Dan
Coulimore (4 points, 8 rebounds) led Whitman-Hanson boys basketball to a 77-44
win over Carver in the first round of the Panther Winter Classic. Junior Josh Rice led all scorers with 18
points to help the Panthers improve to 14-4.
Whitman-Hanson will play host to Bridgewater-Raynham in the championship
game at 6:30pm tomorrow night. BR
stormed back from a double digit deficit to upset Marshfield in the closing
minutes of their game. Marshfield
will take on Carver in the consolation game
at 5pm.
