The Whitman-Hanson Varsity Field Hockey Panthers played against the Silver Lake Lakers today at home. The Lakers scored twice in the first period, first from the left corner of the net and then from 20 yards out. The Panthers pressured the Lakers defense with over 10 shots on net, but we're unable to score. The Panthers pressure kept the Lakers from scoring a goal in the second half. In the end, the Lakers were victorious with 2-0 win.
