Whitman Hanson wrestling results

The Whitman-Hanson wrestling team earned a hard fought victory 42-27 over a tough Boston Latin team this evening under the lights at WH.  Sophomore Bryce LaCombe and Junior John Will sealed the victory with wins at 195 and 220 pounds.  Bryce showed a lot of mettle pulling out a close victory 3-2 over his opponent while John Will continued a strong Junior campaign with a pin in the second period.  Jake Filicichia, Mike McDonough, Kyle Tamulevich, Luke Rogers, and Dan Bean all wrestled great earning pins for the panthers.  Nate Perkins, who along with Mike McDonough remains undefeated on the season, won a tough battle 4-0.  The panther grapplers are 2-2-1 on the season and will wrestle on Sunday and Monday at the Marshfield Holiday Tournament.
