Whitman-Hanson Wrestling Quad

The Panther Wrestling team traveled to Stoughton on December 31st for their final matches of 2016.  It was a tough day on the mat with WH finishing with one win and two losses on the day.  WH 24, Stoughton 48; WH 21, Southeastern 19; and WH 12, Brockton 55.  Leading the way for WH was 113 pound Jake Filicicchia going 3-0 on the day with 3 pins, improving his record to 15-3 on the season.  Steve Osborne wrestling in the 170 pound class finished at 2-1 with a pin.  Other winners for the Panthers were John Will at 220 pounds and Freshmen Tyler Cullinan at 160 pounds.  Freshmen Bethany Ralph stepped into the 132 pound class and wrestled 3 good hard matches for us today.  Next up for the 4-8 Panthers is Silver Lake on Wednesday January 4th at Silver Lake.
