It is with great pleasure I am writing to inform you that
Sue Moss has been selected as this year’s District C Joao Rodrigues Distinguished
Service Award recipient. The award will
be presented at the MSSADA Annual Awards banquet on Thursday March 30th
at the Resort and Conference Center in Hyannis.
A reception prior to the banquet will begin at 5pm with the dinner at
6pm. Tickets to the event may be
purchased by sending a check for $45 (made payable to MSSADA) to: Dick Baker,

This is an incredible honor for Sue and Whitman-Hanson. It recognizes the value she places on
community service and her love and dedication to the Whitman-Hanson Regional
School District. “Boss Moss” has been a
fixture at Whitman-Hanson dating back to her days as a student. She returned as a teacher, department head
and coach. Sue takes pictures at
virtually all of our athletic events and posts them to our website. Her pictures have received more than 2
million views. In addition, she
volunteers her time to the tennis teams and is active in fundraising for all of
our athletic programs. We are extremely
grateful for all Sue does for our students and we couldn’t be happier to have
her recognized with this prestigious honor.
