Whitman-Hanson traveled to Duxbury Friday and lost 3-0 against a strong Duxbury team. The set scores were 7-25(Duxbury), 4-25(Duxbury) and 23-25(Duxbury). The Panthers struggled in all parts of their game and the Dragons dominated with their offense and hits. The Panthers did their best to pull something together in the third set and were able to hold a few good rallies with the Dragons. Standout players for the panthers tonight were Halle Julian with smart decisions at the net and Olivia Martin with great effort on digs. The Panthers are now 2-7 in the season and travel to Rockland on Monday.
