Whitman-Hanson hosted Scituate Wednesday night and won the match 3-1. The set scores were 25-13(WH), 25-20(WH), 16-25(Scituate) and 25-11(WH). The Panthers played smart volleyball with strong passing and great follow-through. The match showed great improvement in teamwork and communication on the court from all players. Tonight Senior Madison Adams led the Panthers in digs and serve receive passes. Captain Halle Julian dominated in middle at the net with 7 kills, 11 hits and 5 ½ blocks. Nicole Scott made her Varsity debut pulling the team through with 8 good serves and strong passing in the back row. The Panthers are now 2-6 in the season and travel to Duxbury on Friday.
