The
Whitman-Hanson Field Hockey Panthers played against the Silver Lake Lakers and
lost 1-0. The game was balanced throughout the first half with both teams
getting offensive rushes. Opposing defenses kept shutting down these
opportunities and the score was 0-0 at the half. Silver Lake was able to
get the only goal of the game half way through the second. The Panthers
and Lakers continued to exchange offensive attacks until the final bell.
