Whitman- Hanson hosted Catholic Memorial tonight in the first round of division 2 playoffs. CM scored first, but Whitman- Hanson kept playing and creating a few chances. First half ended 1-0 CM. The second half was just as exciting as the first. W-H tied the score 15 minutes in, 1-1. W-H created the goal by working it out to Adam Milewski and he slotted a nice pass to Joel Arsenault. The rest of the game was well a great struggle as both sides played very well. We played even through 2 overtimes and penalty kicks decided it. Senior captain Anthony Pasciuto made 2 saves in net during the shoot out and each W-H kicker put it home- (4-2). The final score was 2-1 (4-2) Whitman- Hanson.
