Support Alex UVA at Shriners

 

 

I am very proud, honored, and excited to have been selected toplay in the Shriners Hockey Classic All Star game. As part of the process, I have the privilege to help raise money for theShriner's hospital and help save a child's life. 

 

If you're interested in donating to this great cause, please see the information below.  I have forms for each of the options belowor they can be downloaded from here:

1. $75 for a player sponsorship in which you also receive a polo shirt and two tickets to the game

2. $30 to become a hockey patron and be listed on my page in the program book

3. Add your name on my "Hockey Hero" sheet. Donation can be any amount ($2 minimum)

a. Example: Your name and a quick note for example "Congrats and good luck."

b. I have a sheet that you can fill out or email me your message

Checks should be written out to Shriners Hockey Classic.  All donations need to be in by February 28th. The game will be held on March 31st at the Canton Ice House.
