Whitman-Hanson Girls Cross Country (0-3) fell to Duxbury 16-43 on Thursday afternoon.  Duxbury placed the top four finishers all in a time of 21:35 over the 2.98 Mile course with Maya Zukowski, Madeline DePalma, Emma Sundstrom and Melanie Day crossing the finish line together ahead of the Panthers Tori Boss (21:43) , Maeve McDonough (21:59) and Maeve Rooney (22:00.)

BOYS

The Whitman-Hanson Boys Cross Country team (1-2) faced a talented Duxbury team Thursday afternoon, losing 18-45 on the 2.98 Mile Duxbury home course.  Friend Weiler (17:20) and Sam Stapinski (17:21) led the Duxbury Dragons with a 1-2 finish ahead of the top Panther runner, Theo Kamperides (17:21.)  Duxbury placed the next five runners to seal the win.
