Whitman-Hanson hosted a Super Quad on 12/22 and finished the day with 2 wins and 3 losses. The team result are as follows: Middleboro 41 - WH 36, WH 51 - Carver 23, Plymouth South 57 - WH 12, WH 45 - Josiah Quincy 33, Stoughton 51 - WH 30.
Big winners for WH included Joel McInnis going 5-0 at 152 pounds, Damari Goldsmith Greene going 4-1 at 138 pounds, Jason Rapoza at 182 pounds 3-1, 113 pounds Myles McInnis 3-2, Tyler Cullinan going 3-2 at 160. Other wrestlers with 2 victories each included Matt Rock 120, Bethany Ralph 126, Aiden O'brien with 2 pins, Christian Schneider at 195, and Mike Gardner at 220.
Team leader in wins with 10 victories is sophomore Damari Goldsmith Greene at .138 pounds.
The Panthers are currently 0-2 in the Patriot league and 3-12 overall. WH will be traveling to Marshfield for the Annual Holiday Tournament on Thursday December 27th.
