WH Wrestling Results 1/30/19

Whitman-Hanson Wrestling hosted Patriot league opponent Duxbury tonight on Senior night.  It was a very exciting match with the Panthers falling short 40-39 on the night.  Winners for the Panthers included at 120 pounds Bethany Ralph with a pin in 1:24, 132 pound Aiden O'Brien with a pin in 5:22, Steve Brooks with a pin at 152 pounds in 1:32, Tyler Cullinan with a pin at 160 pounds in 5:27 and 195 pound Jason Rapoza with a pin in 1:21.  Other winners for the WH were Damari Goldsmith Greene at 138 pounds with a 9-3 decision and a team leading 21st victory and 182 pound Christian Schneider with a win by forfeit.

The panthers are currently 5-19 overall and 0-4 in the Patriot League Keenan Division.  WH will host a quad meet on Saturday February 2nd to end the dual meet season and play host to the D2 Sectionals on February 9th.
