Field Hockey 10/15

The Whitman-Hanson Field Hockey Panthers played on the road against the West Bridgewater Wildcats and lost 1-0.  The Panthers controlled the ball for most of the game but, were unable to capitalize against the Wildcat defense and their goalie, Paul McCafferty.   The Wildcats had one shot on net the entire game and they made it count.   In the second half,  one of the Wildcat forwards shot a high lob into the left corner of the goal.  The Panthers created multiple chances to tie the game after the Wildcat goal, but the Wildcats were able to weather the offense storm of the Panthers.
