Girls Basketball

MMarshfield – The Whitman-Hanson girls basketball team (1-0) finally took the floor tonight and gutted out a 41-32 victory over a tough Marshfield team. The Panthers were led by junior forward Abby Martin (15 points) and senior captain Reese Codero (9 points).  Senior Caileen Hurley gave the Panthers great minutes off the bench and chipped in 8 points. The lady Panthers are back in action Friday night on the road at Plymouth North.
