Whitman- Hanson 4 @ Marshfield 1

> Whitman-Hanson came from behind to beat Marshfield High School in Marshfield , 4-1.
>
> After Marshfield scored an unearned in the bottom of the first inning to jump out to a 1 - 0 lead, the Panthers came back to score 2 runs in the fourth, and single runs in the sixth and seventh innings.
> Senior lefty Aidan MacKay threw the first two innings , striking out 2 and walking no one. Senior Mike Hutchko made his first varsity appearance on the mound going the final 5 innings, giving up only 1 hit, walking 1 and striking out 6 to earn his first varsity win.

> DH Tommy Marshall had 2 hits including a triple, and knocked in 2 runs for Whitman-Hanson. Cole LeVangie had a big hit and an rbi for Whitman-Hanson , and Bobby Marshall and Aidan Barry also singled .
>
> Connor Sottak played his first game behind the plate for W-H, and the sophomore threw out a base runner attempting to steal.
>
> Junior Harrison Gabriele came in to contribute some sold defense for Whitman-Hanson at third base in his varsity appearance.
>
> In a busy week and a day, W-H has played four games against tough Duxbury, Hingham, Silver Lake and Marshfield teams.
>
> They are now 4-0 in the Patriot League and 4-0 overall.
>
> The Panthers will host Plymouth North on Monday at 4:00 p.m.
