Players should wear either a WH reversible or a white T shirt with their last name on the back shoulder. Even if you are wearing a reversible shirt, you should have a white T shirt underneath.
Be sure you have taken care of everything on the tryout checklist found at whathletics.com and be sure to check the list posted in the athletic hallways to be sure you have everything.

Girls Basketball
Day 1 - Monday November 27, 2023
All players will report to the walking track at 2pm to stretch
Time: 2:15-4:15 pm
Day 2 - Tuesday November 28, 2023
All players will report to the walking track at 2pm to stretch
Time: 2:15-4:15 pm (Varsity will be selected after this tryout)
Day 3 - Wednesday November 29, 2023
Freshman and JV 2-4pm
(Freshman and JV teams will be selected after this tryout)
Varsity 4-6pm
Please make sure all of your paper work is taken care of. All players must have a red, black and white shirt with you and a water bottle.

Gymnastics
No tryouts, first practice is Monday November 27th from 6:30-8:30 at Mass Gymnastics Center, 300 Oak St, Suite 300, Pembroke
Wrestling
The first practice is Monday 11/27
There are no cuts and all that join the team will have multiple opportunities to wrestle for a varsity spot throughout the season. If any athlete is cut from their "first choice"sport after their tryouts they are also welcome to join our team and give wrestling a try.

Players are required to wear their own jersey, but will be given a designated pinny that has a number on the back.
On Wednesday, all players should bring a separate duffle bag, as season uniforms will be handed out at the conclusion of your first practice.

Tryouts: Each player should bring a White/Light and Black/Dark practice jersey to tryouts. Goalies can wear 1 color jersey.

Indoor Track & Field
Practice begins November 27th at the track at 2:30 and runs to approximately 4:15. We practice Monday through Fridays. Saturday mornings at 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Track and Field is a no cut sport, so no tryout and no bench. There is an expectation to regularly practice and attend all meets. If there is a question about attendance it should be discussed in advance with a coach.
