The Boys’ Track team had a great opening day vs. Scituate on Tuesday to start the 2012 Outdoor Track season. Athletes posted good numbers in a variety of events and the team looks promising moving forward. Andrew Howard finished first in the triple jump and placed in the long jump and 400 hurdles. Dondre James cleared 6’ in the high jump and also won the 110 hurdles and placed in the 200 meter. Corey Burns had a big personal best of 47’ 6” to win the shotput and Chris Ryan took 1st in the discus. The team will be back in action at home on Tuesday vs. Duxbury.
