Volleyball team falls on road

Whitman-Hanson Volleyball played Hingham and lost 3-1. Game scores were 15-25, 17-25, 25-16 and 22-25. Whitman-Hanson started out playing with lots of passing errors and serve receive was definitely a challenge. The team rallied together in the third set and played some really good volleyball. Erin Doherty led the way with big run of serves and 5 aces. We played well in the 4th set but just couldnt pull out enough stops the get the win. Erin Clifford had 8 kills, 8 digs and 1 ace. Erin Doherty had 5 aces, and 8 assists. Abby Trapp had 3 kills and 2 blocks. Alyssa Andrews had 25 digs and 23 successful serve receives. Whitman-Hanson plays Hanover at home on Friday. Whitman-Hanson is now 1-6.
