Whitman Hanson/ Silver Lake girls varsity hockey team beat Franklin in a non league game today 10-4 at Rockland Ice Arena. WHSL was led by Mel McAleer with 3 goals and 3 assists, her 3rd goal was her 100th goal of her high school career. Mary Kate Webb added 2 goals and 2 assists, Hannah Tracy had 2 goals and an assist, Alyssa Murph had a goal and an assist while Colleen Hughes and Sophia Dauksevicz added goals. Melissa Crone made 32 saves in the win. WHSL next game is Wednesday 1/25 vs. Boston Latin Academy at 5:30 pm at Matthews Arena in Boston.
