WH Volleyball Records Road Win




Whitman-Hanson volleyball traveled to Plymouth North Tuesday for a league match and the Panthers won 3-0. The set scores were 25-17 (WH), 26-24 (WH) and 25-20 (WH).  The Panthers began the match with high energy and persevered through a close second set. The Panthers were especially inspired by their science teacher Mr.Dukeman, who pumped them up with words of encouragement before the match. Senior middle Erin Leahy was on fire all match with 9 total kills. Junior tri-captain right side Olivia Martin got the team going with a strong kill and aggressive play in the first set. Junior tri-captain libero Nicole Scott recorded 16 digs in the match. The Panthers are 4-7 overall, 4-6 in league play and host Duxbury Thursday 10/11.
