The Whitman-Hanson Panthers start the year off with a win against Pembroke 18-13. Will Frazier had the play of the night with an 85 yard kick return touchdown. Frazier and Evan Casey combined for over 100 yards on the ground, with Casey adding a touchdown. Matt Phelps had a huge 70 yard reception. Brendan Moore connected on two field goals that proved to be the difference.
On defense Casey led the Panthers, with Collin Murphy contributing with a sack. The Panthers face off at non-league opponent Foxboro next week.
